Residential Gas Meters

The feature that makes this meter unique is its ability to operate correctly in a wide range of flow rates and enables precise measurement from  Q_min 0,016 m³/h. This allows to replace the conventional G1,6 – G2,5- G4 using only one meter: WG2,5S. The advantage is to measure the gas even at the flow rates where the other domestic can not do it.

These characteristic , combined with stable and constant performance over time, have been achieved thanks to the use of first choice materials and innovative patented solutions. The integrated calibration system coordinates the movement of the valve in relation to the optimum gas flow. The excellent linearity of the error curve is guaranteed even at low flow rates.

Thanks to the use of high-grade materials the diaphragm gas meter is particularly resistant to corrosion therefore suitable for various gas media.

The Atmos diaphragm gas meter meets the requirements of the MID, EN1359 and OIML R137 1&2:2012.

It is the first SMART METER with the unique electronic counter made in Italy in compliance with the Regulatory Order ARG/gas 155/08 and covered by international PATENTS.

Just by means of a mobile phone, these devices get AUTOINSTALLED and all activities related to activation, implementation and registration to the SAC are similar to those associated to changing a conventional meter. Its excellent operation autonomy and remote parametrisation, combined with the safe reliability of validated and tested mechanics throughout decades of operation, turn this into an extremely flexible product that can be easily adapted to mass-market gas-metering applications.

BLOCKER-04, although being totally new, ensures total measurement reliability thanks to the seamless integration of the most advanced electronics and the most consolidated mechanic tradition.

BLOCKER-04 uses Point-to-point GSM/SMS technologies.

It can be installed anywhere, without distance constraints or network ‘tuning’ problems because it uses the GSM universal standard and the CTR standard transmission protocol as its communication ‘INFRASTRUCTURE’.

The main feature of this membrane meter is to be able to operate in a longer range at the minimum flow rate, its minimum operating flow rate (0.04m3 /h) is lower than the standard one (0.06m3 /h) in order to obtain a lower error value in low flow rates.

This feature, combined with stable and constant performance over time, has been achieved thanks to the use of first choice materials and innovative solutions covered by patents. The integrated calibration system and the valve movement system, optimized in relation to the gas flow rate, guarantee the excellent linearity of the error curve even at low flow rates.

The meter, particularly resistant to corrosion, is suitable for different types of gas.
